Acarda Outbound is an outbound call center which makes telemarketing and appointment-setting activities efficient and productive. Calling lists are imported to campaigns and teams are assigned a campaign to work on. Agents, who are part of teams, are sent one dial record at a time which is displayed while being dialed via the selected dialing device. Agents can read from a script window and make notes on the outcome of the call.  Requested call backs are automatically placed back in the queue and directed to the same agent again, at the pre-set time. Managers and team leaders can view progress reports and statistics to monitor agent performance. For more information, click here.

Acarda Outbound supports various levels of integration with 3rd-party phones systems and softphones as well as contact management systems, calendar booking and other applications or services that enhance business workflow. 3CX Phone System for Windows is a software-based IP PBX that replaces a proprietary hardware PBX / PABX. 3CX’s IP PBX has been developed specifically for Microsoft Windows and is based on the SIP standard, making it easier to manage and allowing you to use any SIP phone (software or hardware).

The Acarda Outbound Agent can dial out using the 3CX phone systems via the 3CXPhone for Windows Plugin API.

MondoTalk
 

MondoTalk provide SIP trunks, cloud PBX’s, IP Phones and associated services. Some of our customers use their SIP trunks with softphones that integrate with Acarda Outbound.

Zoiper
 

Zoiper, the softphone to make VoIP calls through your PBX or favorite SIP provider. Zoiper is a free community edition and a paid Biz edition.

The free edition supports command line parameters to dial out which is how Acarda Outbound Agent dials with it. The paid Biz edition supports a tighter integration via software API and this allows Acarda Outbound Agent to dial and hang up. In additional, the Biz edition supports call recording and playing pre-recorded messages.

Mandrill
 

Mandrill is a transactional email product from the people who invented MailChimp. Applications can use Mandrill to send automated one-to-one email, like password reminders, shopping-cart receipts, and personalized notifications. You can send template emails directly from the Acarda Outbound Agent (advanced edition) by using our Mandrill Add-on which can be downloaded via the Acarda Outbound download page on our website.
